Steven Craig Alcorn
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
An entrepreneur, engineer, inventor, author, and educator with over 42 years of expertise, best known for his leadership in the theme park industry and online education. Mr. Alcorn earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from UCLA in 1977, then completed his Hughes Master Fellowship. He began his career as a Systems Engineer at Walt Disney Imagineering, then became VP of Engineering at Linn Electronics. In 1986, he became CEO of Alcorn McBride Inc., driving innovation in audio and video systems. Since 2001, he has also been CEO of Writing Academy Inc. As CEO of BrainStream Ltd, Mr. Alcorn drives the company’s success through strategic growth initiatives and efficient resource management.
Tzu-Ying (Kimberley) Chen
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
An experienced Health Manager with over 25 years of experience, specializing in international sales and customer relations across diverse industries. Mrs. Chen earned her Bachelor of Arts in French from Tamkang University in Taiwan. Her career spans roles at UMAX Computer Corporation, Compal Electronics, Intellisys Inc., ICP Electronics, Oriental System Technology, PROMISE Technology, and NXP Semiconductors. As COO of BrainStream Ltd., her focus is on driving product innovation and leading strategic growth initiatives.
Ya-Hui (Laura) Kao
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
An experienced human resource manager with 20 years of expertise in managing HR operations, strategic workforce planning, and orchestrating comprehensive training and recruitment initiatives. Mrs. Kao earned her diploma from Chihlee College of Business and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from China University of Technology in Taiwan. Her career includes HR roles at Ralph Lauren Corporation, Michael Kors, ImagineX, GAP Taiwan, Lacoste, and Tiffany & Co. As CMO of BrainStream Ltd., Mrs. Kao concentrates on crafting integrated marketing strategies and leading digital marketing initiatives.
Yung-Wen Cheng
Chief User Experience Officer (CXO)
A highly skilled production service technician with over four years of experience in the animation and visual effects industry, specializing in data management, system maintenance, technical support, and media integration. Ms. Cheng earned her Bachelor’s in English Instruction from University of Taipei, a Diploma in Animation from Conestoga College in Canada, and completed a 3D Character Program at AnimSchool. She currently serves as a Production Service Technician at Sony Pictures Imageworks. As CXO of BrainStream Ltd., Ms. Cheng leads UX strategy development and user research.
Chia-Hua (Phyllis) Chen
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
A results-oriented finance manager with 23 years of diverse experience in financial management, highly proficient in financial analysis and reporting, account relationship management, and foreign exchange management. Mrs. Chen earned her Bachelor of Finance from National Taiwan University and her Master of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University. Her career includes roles at Eastern Broadcasting, Samsung SDI, and Eagle Tool Industrial Inc. where she currently serves as Finance Manager. As CFO of BrainStream Ltd., Mrs. Chen focuses on financial strategy and evaluating investment opportunities.
